Watch Promo
On December 5, 2019, financial bloggers, podcasters, authors, and media assembled at the Financial Gym in New York City to meet, network with each other, and learn some important tactics for engaging with an audience. Plutus Voices brings producers in the financial media community together to discuss topics that deserve more attention.
At this event, featured guests Amanda Holden (Invested Development, Dumpster Dog Blog), Jamila Souffrant (JourneyToLaunch.com), and Kara Stevens (The Frugal Feminista) spoke about their experiences with stress and anxiety as entrepreneurs and financial influencers, offering their stories as well as actionable suggestions for dealing with stress unique for entrepreneurs.
The program concluded with a special session focused on making an impact on an audience, with input from everyone in the room, focused on being effective with an audience for whom stress creates barriers to sound financial decisions. The benefit of this session is greatest for those who attend, but we provide some videos and downloadable material to hold onto.
Complete video from the event is exclusively available here.
